The two Campus Minister Advisors (CMA’s) must be currently employed as Campus Ministers. The CMA’s serve two year staggered terms and may not serve more than two consecutive terms. The campus ministers present at the conference put forth two candidates for the open CMA’s position and the student members of the organization vote for one of these two candidates. The two CMA’s may not be from the same Region. This is a non-voting position.

The National Team CMA’s are responsible for working closely with the National Chair in supervising the day to day operations of the National office and organizing National Team meetings and agendas. The National Team CMA’s should also participate in the regular communications of the Executive Board.

It is the job of the National Team CMA’s to provide support and advice for the National Chair and the National Team. In addition to the computer communications, the National Team CMA’s should be in regular telephone communication with each student member of the Executive Board. The National Team CMA’s should also provide spiritual guidance and motivational support for the National Team.

Each National Team CMA’s is responsible for staying in regular contact with the CMA for two Regional Teams (the Region they are from and one other), and should be available to address any of the Regional Team CMA’s questions or concerns.
